Application Information

To qualify to live at Highland Legends we look for at least 6 months verifiable employment, approximately 3 times the amount of rent in gross monthly income. No monies owed to a landlord, no evictions, no felonies and no misdemeanor crimes against people or property.

There is a $100 administration fee and $40 application fee per person over 18 yrs of age or married couple. Deposits vary due to credit.

• Deposits: 1 & 2 Bedroom apts. $500, 3 Bedrooms apts. $600, Townhomes $600
• Administration Fee: $100
• Application Fee: $50 per person or married couple
• Reserved Parking: $25

Pet Policies

Pets are welcome! Highland Legends does require certain fees for your pet's residency, see below. Please contact us with any questions.

• $150 pet deposit + $150 non-refundable pet fee
• Pet Rent: $20 per month per pet
• Breed restrictions apply
